The Ventec DC is a heavy duty, rack and pinion, door closer with an elegant ‘slimline’ cover – making this product aesthetically suitable for most building types. It is designed to hold doors in the closed position, while still allowing users to enter and exit the door.

The robust design makes it ideal for high frequency use such as retail and commercial applications.

At the point of commission the unit is calibrated, so in the event of a fire, the door is pulled ajar by the negative pressure created by the smoke ventilation system.
